A study of light using 'split toning.'
The tide had gone out leaving behind the wet mud of the estuary at Palnackie in the morning sunshine.
This image was then processed using what is called 'split toning.' This is where two colours are applied to an original black and white image - one colour to the highlight areas and a different colour to the dark shadow areas.
