ZoneAlarm Seurity Suite version 8 Problems

ZoneAlarm released a new version 8 of their popular security suite to customers last week.

Unfortuneatly many users have experienced problems with this latest release, particularly if something has gone wrong during the actual upgrade process.

Other problems have been apparent on shutdown, or resume from standby modes.

If you have taken the upgrade and are seeing problems, your best option is to try and revert back to a previous version. At the time of writing there is no official acknowlegement of this on the ZoneAlarm web site but I would advise you to check there first if you can before taking any action.
